CONFIRMED (and being treated)
unconfirmed- it’s there…
getting it confirmed is merely a technicality yet undone,
not being treated

Chris-

  • ASTHMA
  • MIGRAINES (I do not take preventatives, however)
  • low blood pressure (later discovered it is more likely “neurally mediated hypotension” due to the Lyme)
  • DEPRESSION (Once I am able to see a psychiatrist, this is going to change to Bipolar Disorder Type II)
  • GENERALIZED ANXIETY, panic attacks, and social anxiety disorder
  • ARTHRITIS (orig. suspected osteo, later realized due to Lyme)
  • hypotonia (this is basically muscle weakness…mine is due to the Lyme)
  • periodontal disease (some symptoms have cleared with treatment for Lyme!)
  • HYPOTHYROIDISM
  • CHRONIC SEVERE NEURO-BORRELIOSIS (Systemic Lyme Disease… progressed to include central nervous system)
  • mitral valve prolapse ( high percentage of those with chronic Lyme have this, and I do have the symptoms)

Medications-

  • Celexa

Mike-

  • ENVIROMENTAL ALLERGIES
  • HEART DISEASE (has a total of 3 stents in place now)
  • HIGH CHOLESTEROL
  • HIGH BLOOD GLUCOSE (this means either prediabetes, or diabetes outright)
  • sleep apnea

Medications-

  • many prescribed, but he doesn’t take anything

Meagan-

  • ASTHMA
  • ENVIROMENTAL ALLERGIES
  • ECZEMA (currently not a problem, so no treatment)
  • PITUITARY DWARFISM (growth hormone deficiency, treatment requires nightly sub-q shots, finished treatment Jan of 2011)
  • CENTRAL PRECOCIOUS PUBERTY (Endo doc pulled her off the shots, so she’s no longer being treated for this…means she’s in full blown puberty now)
  • ADHD
  • CAPD (Central Auditory Processing Disorder)
  • DEPRESSION (caused by the Lyme)
  • CONGENITAL LYME (we do not have accurate test results on all the various strains of infection, so the doc just calls it all “Lyme”, there are likely several different strains of TBIs present, as of now no longer on antibiotic therapy, but she could relapse at any time, especially since we did not treat for bartonella or babesia)
  • AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER (trying to get her in for testing to confirm this)

Medications-

  • Claritin
  • Fluoxetine

  • CONGENITAL LYME (we do not have accurate test results on all the various strains of infection, so the doc just calls it all “Lyme”, there are likely several different strains of TBIs present)
  • hypotonia
  • PITUITARY DWARFISM
  • BIPOLAR DISORDER
  • AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER (diagnosis code NOT officially attached to his charts, but testing showed him to be “mildly to moderately affected” and “borderline Aspergers”)
  • HYPOTHYROIDISM
  • SENSORY PROCESSING DISORDER
  • VISUAL MOTOR AND VISUAL SPATIAL DEFICITS
